Welcome to Trail Blenders – The Treks & Travels. By making an enquiry or booking any trek, tour, yatra, expedition or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
• The remaining payment must be made within the time communicated at the time of booking and, where applicable, before departure.
• Seats and services are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices may change if there is a change in the services, dates, government charges, transportation or other external costs.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation and refund will be as per the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
• Booking advances are generally non-refundable, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• No refund may be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows or unused services where arrangements have already been made.
• Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable charges and non-refundable expenses.

3. Changes by Trail Blenders

Trail Blenders may modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, route or activity due to weather, road conditions, government instructions, safety concerns, natural events, operational issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will try to provide a suitable alternative wherever reasonably possible.

4. Weather & Safety

Mountain travel and adventure activities involve natural risks. Treks, expeditions and high-altitude journeys may be physically demanding.

Participants must follow instructions given by Trail Blenders, trek leaders, guides and local authorities.

Trail Blenders may stop, modify or cancel an activity if continuing is considered unsafe.

5. Participant Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing correct personal and travel information
• Carrying required identification and documents
• Informing us about relevant medical conditions, allergies or other safety-related information
• Following safety instructions
• Taking care of their personal belongings

Trail Blenders is not responsible for loss or damage caused by a participant’s negligence, misconduct or failure to follow instructions.

6. Travel Documents & Permits

Customers are responsible for providing valid documents required for travel, permits, registrations, hotel check-in or other government requirements.

Failure to provide required documents may affect participation without making Trail Blenders liable for the resulting loss.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, electronics and personal belongings. Trail Blenders is not responsible for loss, theft or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.

8. Third-Party Services

Hotels, transport operators, activity providers, guides and other local service providers may be third-party providers.

Their services are subject to their own operational rules and conditions. We will assist customers in resolving issues wherever reasonably possible.

9. Prohibited Behaviour

Any abusive, threatening, illegal or unsafe behaviour, harassment, violence, or serious misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

Consumption or possession of prohibited substances is not permitted where restricted by law, local rules or the trip’s specific conditions.

10. Photography & Content

Trail Blenders may take photographs or videos during trips for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, you may inform our team.

11. Force Majeure

Trail Blenders will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, landslides, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, emergencies or other unforeseen events.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or participating in a Trail Blenders trip, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
